Do you know that we can perform self test on Canon pixma ip1200,1300,1600,1700,1880,1980,2200,2580 without being connected to the computer. How?. Just do following steps:
* Power ON the printer and make sure that the cartridge are installed* Set the paper in paper tray
* In stand by condition, press RESUME button 5 times in a row within 2 seconds. Then printer will start printing.
The print out pattern should be like this:
