Description:
Cartridge Error, Cartridge not installed, Non supported cartridge is installed

Error Code appears in Monitor:
1401,1485

Summary:
Error Message 'Check Ink U051' or 'Check Ink U059' appears when the ink cartridge is not installed properly, not actually installed, or non supported cartridge is installed.
As a result the printer cannot detect the cartridge presence.

Remedial action:

• Reinstall the cartridge properly
• Ensure that you installed supported cartridge only
• Replace the cartridge
